Gázkábel PTFE Kymco Agility / Kína 4 ütemű II. típus (menetes)

A gázkábel az eredeti alkatrésszel azonos (OEM minőség). Belső PTFE-bevonatú hüvelye sima és könnyű mozgást biztosít, ezáltal meghosszabbítja az élettartamot. A PTFE önkenő tulajdonságokkal rendelkezik, így további kenés nem szükséges.

Megjegyzés:

Ne kenje a PTFE kábeleket, mivel a kenőanyagok megduzzadást okozhatnak a bevonaton, és károsíthatják a kábelt.

Karburátor menet: M8

Gázkábel motorkerékpárokhoz, robogókhoz, mopedekhez

A gázkábel Bowden kábel; rugalmas acél belső kábelt tartalmaz, amelyet védőhüvely véd. Az egyik végén a gázmarkolathoz van csatlakoztatva a kormányon, míg a másik végén a karburátorhoz kapcsolódik.

Amikor a gázmarkolatot használja, a belső kábel a hüvelyben mozog, és továbbítja a mozgást a karburátor csúszkájához vagy az injektorhoz. Ez szabályozza a motorba belépő üzemanyag vagy levegő mennyiségét, ezáltal irányítva a jármű sebességét és gyorsulását.

Néhány kétkerekű jármű olajpumpával van felszerelve, amely szintén a gázkábel segítségével kapcsolódik egy elosztón keresztül.

A gázkábel cseréje viszonylag egyszerű, csupán néhány szerszámra van szüksége. A lépések a következők:

2. Távolítsa el a gázmarkolatot, teljesen engedje el a kábel feszítőt, és vegye le a kábelbilincset.
3. Távolítsa el a burkolatot, hogy hozzáférjen a kábelhez.
4. Kapcsolja le a kábel végét, és húzza le a gázcsúszkáról.
5. Helyezze be az új kábelt a fenti lépések fordított sorrendjében. Ne felejtse el kenni a kábelt.
6. Ha a kétkerekű jármű kábel elosztóval van felszerelve, akkor több vagy az összes kábelt is kicserélheti.
