Robogó CVT Készlet

A robogó CVT rendszere számos alkatrészből áll, amelyek felelősek a motor teljesítményének átadásáért a hátsó kerékhez.

A gyártótól függően a CVT készletek tartalmazhatnak egy vagy több ellenrugót vagy kuplungot és kuplungcsengőt.

• CVT készlet eredeti: ezek a készletek OEM minőségű CVT alkatrészeket tartalmaznak, a CVT átvitel visszaállítható az eredeti állapotba.
• CVT készlet Sport: A Sport átvitelek a könnyebb variátor, a módosított szög és a speciális bélés révén különböznek az OEM átvitelektől, amelyek a végsebesség és a gyorsulás javítására irányulnak. A legtöbb esetben a készletek megerősített hajtószíjat tartalmaznak.
• CVT készlet Overrange / Oversize: Az oversize készletek ugyanazokat a fejlesztéseket tartalmazzák, mint a Sport változatok, de nagyobb méretekkel rendelkeznek, és hosszabb oversize V-hajtószíjjal használják őket. Ez a konfiguráció jelentősen javítja a robogó teljesítményét.

Az új CVT telepítésének egyszerűsítése érdekében erősen ajánljuk a megfelelő szerszámok használatát, különösen egy dugattyúmegállítót, amely nagyon praktikus a CVT átvitel eltávolításához és telepítéséhez.
